The Newly Renovated Deluxe Room offers a single bed and a double bed, with an extra bed and a crib also available on request. Climate control is provided by air conditioning and a minibar is stocked within the room. A private bathroom includes a shower and a bidet.

I slept in a comfy room and the breakfast was nice :)
The staff were accommodating, but there were repeated miscommunications with different team members. The room was noisy because of an old air‑conditioning unit, and the lift wasn’t working, making it hard to reach the rooms, especially for those with mobility issues or elderly guests.
The room was clean and comfortable. However, even though there was a full bed and a twin bed, the hotel wouldn’t let my daughter stay with her mom and grandmother. I was ready to pay the extra fee to have them together, but they refused.

The staff were friendly and the spot right in the city center is great. I stayed in a newly renovated room, so it was clean and the air‑conditioning worked well. The elevator broke for 5 days, which was a hassle since I was on the 3rd floor and had to keep climbing stairs.

The location was fine. The room we got was very old; the toilet was stained and the bathtub was dirty and smelled musty. We even found a cockroach inside and outside the room. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests. Breakfast started at 8 am, but the condiments weren’t refilled and the bacon was only available if you asked the staff—there was no buffet style. Even the front desk forgot to inform us about the situation. It was a bit disappointing, especially for a hotel that people in Bacolod look up to but hasn’t lived up to.
