Everything was spotless, the capsule was fun and made you feel like traveling; it was extra comfortable and very quiet. The only downside was the Chinese guests who shouted instead of speaking in the reception hall—they’re the only ones in the world.

I liked the capsule style, but the place felt pretty cold.

The silence in the facilities and the views from the common areas were good, but my card wouldn’t open my capsule. I reported it, they said it was fixed, yet it still wouldn’t open. I went back to reception, an employee finally lifted it and after several attempts managed to open it, but I didn’t dare close it for fear I couldn’t open it again, so I slept all night with the door open. I also didn’t like the attitude of the manager or owner, who had me waiting almost an hour until he verified that the hotel had indeed been paid for when I booked. I told him and showed him the printed proof of payment, but I still couldn’t settle until he confirmed it. It seems it was a system error.

Everything! It was a special stay for me because it was my first time in a capsule‑hostel. I loved it. The staff were super cute and everything was very clean. The free toothbrush was good quality and there was free shower gel. The Wi‑Fi worked well and the capsules were good for sleeping. For me it felt like a trip to the galaxy. 😉
