I wanted a room with a view and daylight, but my room was interior and had none.

The hotel offered luggage storage before and after check‑in, and the air‑conditioning was easy to use and functional. The area around the hotel was quiet. I was not pleased with the hotel’s data‑collection practices, especially the scanning of all guests’ ID cards, something I’d never seen in any other European hotel. Connecting to Wi‑Fi required an email and phone number, though that could be bypassed. The bathroom door was heavy to open and had no handle from the inside. Breakfast lacked vegetables; only whole tomatoes were available. The TV had no internet connection, which is unacceptable today. The bathroom in my room was dirty, a buildup that daily cleaning couldn’t remove. The hotel was expensive compared to what it offered, and I don’t think it was worth its price.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. The room was cozy, but it was a pity that it didn’t have a balcony; there was only a window with shutters.
