This was our second stay at the guest room, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was lovely to return to a familiar place. The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting family nearby, making it especially convenient. We would happily stay here again if it is available and highly recommend it to others

Lovely clean space with good facilities and onsite parking. Great welcome pack with breakfast snacks very much appreciated. Ideal location for our visit to the Old Woollen and local food & drink establishments, all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again

The room was as described and was perfect for our two‑day stay. Ryan was super friendly and very helpful with all our questions. Check‑in was smooth despite a late arrival.

Great location for the old woollen and easy walk to several pubs and a great Indian restaurant. Nothing.

I liked the parking spot, but when I booked online I was misled into thinking there were two single beds instead of a double bed.
