The balcony and inner courtyard were nice. The room was small, the TV was tiny, and the balcony chairs were quite unstable. The balcony door lacked a mosquito net, so insects came in. The air‑conditioning smelled and didn't cool well. The garden was great, but guests were asked not to talk there in the early hours.

The location was great, right in the center and close to the bus station. The staff were attentive and everything was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the sink and shower share the same tap, which is a bit inconvenient, but I wouldn't rule the place out because of it.

The location was excellent for accessing the historic center, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The single room was very clean, comfortable, had a city view, and was quite quiet. It had a refrigerator and a kettle. The reception ladies were very friendly, and there was a lovely garden on the terrace. Everything else was fine; the only issue was the lack of an elevator, which I already knew. I stayed on the third floor.

There was no parking and it was very difficult, if not impossible, to find a spot—I had to take a detour. The stairs were dangerous, parking was nonexistent, and the breakfast was a ghost.

From the train station it’s a short 20‑minute walk, a little farther from Tsarevets at 15 minutes, since it’s not in the heart of the old town. The balcony is pleasant and overlooks a beautiful garden, with a view of the city partially hidden by a roof. It’s extremely quiet because it doesn’t face the main street, which is always noisy. The room is clean, the bedding comfortable, and there’s ample storage space. The bathroom has a shower curtain, but a handy floor bumper prevents water from splashing everywhere. I didn’t have a car, but the fact that it’s not in the old town’s cobblestone streets means parking is easier. The furniture is bland, so the rooms lack charm. The reception was just okay, and the staff felt somewhat cold—almost unpleasant—compared to other places I’ve visited in Tarnovo.
