I liked the building itself and have a fondness for old architecture, but overall Lanckorona is okay and there’s no public transport if you don’t have a car.

Arriving alone, I discovered a truly special spot that felt like a tiny lodge in the Himalayas; the owner is warm, thoughtful, and one of a kind, and the guesthouse itself is safe, clean, and cozy, surrounded by a stunning forest and near the ruins of an old castle that look like a movie set. He’s also a fantastic chef and the food was superb. The quiet, the forest, the food, and the overall atmosphere make this place healing for both body and soul. I left feeling very grateful to have found it. Bina
The owner was friendly and helpful, but the house is an old, neglected building. Paying 345 zl for a tiny room without a bathroom for one night for two people is really excessive. The drive is a steep, rocky uphill path that can easily damage a private car.

The place had an amazing vibe and atmosphere, the water was warm, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I could cook meals myself.

Saying that my stay at Ayur Garden was wonderful is an understatement; the villa itself is very atmospheric and maintained with respect for its history, the surroundings are absolutely magical, quiet, close to town, yet pleasantly secluded. Inside the villa, there’s a profound sense of peace where you can truly relax. The highlight, however, is the owner, Mr. Franciszek, who exudes such warmth and positivity that you never want to leave Ayur Garden. He pays attention to every detail. Fans of Eastern culture will also find something for themselves here. A truly enchanting place—I can’t wait to return :)
