The proximity to the centre was good. My AC did not work and it took a long time for the engineer to arrive. I booked 3 Deluxe Rooms. Mine was finally okay, though I had to give up my upgrade because there was no good AC in the Suite; one Twin Deluxe had no AC at all; one Double Deluxe had human hairs under the duvet. It was not SwisBel standard, but they sincerely apologized. Hope they improve.

The entire hotel was clean and the carpet was fluffy. The toilet felt a bit cheap, the bed was a bit small, the scent in the lobby was a bit strong, and there was no outlet to charge my computer at the restaurant.

The staff hospitality was appreciated. The shower room design was very bad, the number of coffees in the room was low, and the meals were not tasty.
