“A comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and a very friendly, helpful team. Thank you to everyone! ❤️”

I would like to thank the entire hotel team for the warm welcome and excellent service. Special thanks to the Reception team across all shifts for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at all times. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team for keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout my stay. I had no major issues during my stay. Everything was good, and the staff were always helpful and attentive

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a quiet atmosphere suitable for staying and relaxing. What really sets it apart is the staff – refined, friendly, and extremely cooperative, always attentive to every detail of guest comfort. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay again. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service in Cairo.

They tried to make things right. The location isn’t ideal for tourists. It wasn’t horrible, but it was bad enough that they switched me to a sister hotel, which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good. I mean, they kind of tried… probably the bill didn’t look quite right upon a brief review, but I just wanted out, so I paid and left.

“لا أنصح في هذا الفندق”

A hotel in the city center with everything nearby. The front‑desk staff exploit guests, and the prices for hot and cold drinks are outrageous; I ended up paying for drinks I didn’t order.

“Tornassi indietro andrei altrove”

I booked a room with a balcony but was given a different room without one. When I asked to move to the room I had actually booked, my request was initially ignored, and after further insistence I was given another room in a grumpy manner. The welcome was zero, breakfast was better outside, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement, the room was a bit better, the fridge was off and had a strange smell, and I don’t know what else; unfortunately I was there for only one night.
