Hotel Młyn Aqua Spa Biblioteka is a 3-kilometer stroll from Elblag's historic Old Town and 2.5 kilometers from the Main Train Station. This hotel features classically decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi, a seating area, and private bathroom. Guests enjoy unlimited access to a swimming pool, dry sauna, and steam bath, as well as a garden with a children's playground and a courtyard with a water well.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was large, the pool was nice, and the hotel was friendly to kids. However, there were no bathrobes, even though they should have been included in a room of that standard.

The spa area was good. The room felt old-fashioned, and the floor was dramatically worn.

Everything was in the best possible order. The only issue was that a drink was served instead of juice for breakfast, but it was tolerable.

Nothing special, but I can only rate the pool. The value for money was inadequate; it certainly wasn’t a 4‑star standard, although the price matched a 4‑star rate (1250 zł for two nights for two people). The furniture was worn, the bedding and towels had holes, which shouldn’t happen in a 4‑star property. There were no mini shampoo or soap bottles, and there were two dispensers—one with an unknown contents above the sink and another under the shower—guess what was inside. Breakfast was average; I don’t recommend it and won’t return.
