The spot in the city is convenient, but the room wasn’t cleaned well and the old air conditioner didn’t cool properly.

The air conditioning and location were fine, but everything was dirty—sheets, pillows, floors, bathroom. I would never return. When I tried to pay with a 100‑dollar bill, they took it thinking Ivan would bring change, but he didn’t; they gave me an old bill they couldn’t accept. They wanted a newer bill or a card, and I said I wouldn’t pay with a card or another bill because it wasn’t mine. In the end they charged me and gave me my change back. Be careful when paying.

The location is good, but we booked and stayed one night with three rooms during Chinese New Year and all were unclean and messy, which is unacceptable.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, but the room was unacceptable. It was infested with small bugs and ants, even on the bed. We had booked four nights but only stayed two because of the severity; we left as soon as we saw the ants on the bed. The air conditioning barely worked in 35°C heat, blowing warm air like a straw with no relief. The bathroom and shower were in very poor condition, with visible mould and bugs crawling around. I regret not taking more photos because we just wanted to leave quickly. Despite the kind staff, the overall state of the room made the stay extremely uncomfortable and not fit for purpose.
