The spa was excellent and the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The food overall was mediocre, both in the quality of the ingredients and in the cooking and menu planning. I would recommend adding more local dishes, which, when served, significantly raised the standard.

Everything was perfect. The only downside was that bottled water had to be paid for and was refilled from the tap.

The hotel was in an excellent spot in Maranza. The environment was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and clean, and ours had a balcony overlooking the breathtaking valley view. The buffet offered a first course with a second choice, dessert, and breakfast…everything, both sweet and savory. The staff were professional yet friendly and kind, and the owners were truly delightful. In truth, there was nothing negative. They made us feel so comfortable that we forgot to check out and stayed an extra day; they were so courteous they didn’t even point it out, and they had availability, which was a nice gesture.
