The room was spacious and spotless; its central location and cleanliness were great.

We booked through Booking, got confirmation and paid, but on check‑out we were told we had to pay an extra 80 € because the price differed from what was shown on Booking. Nobody knew whether the mistake was the hotel’s or Booking’s, yet they tried to charge us for it. Luckily we managed to settle it, but the whole ordeal was uncomfortable—no one wants such disputes on vacation.

The hotel is in the city center, the restaurant is good, breakfast could have been better, and I had to stay in a room I didn’t like; it was fine for two days but not comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were friendly, but the bathroom door made a lot of noise, and when I opened the window I could see straight into the parking lot and an ambulance.
