The location is excellent and the loft area is spacious.

The view is superb, with direct beach access and an atypical loft-style accommodation. The equipment is very satisfactory and the welcome is very good. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, with Théoule sur Mer 4 km away.

The house is in a very quiet area, right on the beach, and the large window offers a beautiful panorama. The sleeping area is split into two zones, but there are no separate rooms, so privacy is somewhat low.

The loft vibe feels like a surfer’s hangout. There is only one bathroom and the toilet isn’t separated at 6 m, which was a bit tricky, but nothing insurmountable.
