Only the region is good, but reception service was very bad, accommodation poor, breakfast awful, and the accommodation app information was faulty, not what the place shows. They should clarify more clearly the accommodations the lodge offers and unfortunately they don't have them. The accessibility that was advertised is not there. I messaged to have the room set up with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom without a shower enclosure for my wheelchair‑using son, but I was not attended to. When we arrived there was no record of my reservation and the room was prepared only when we got there. It was a total disappointment. I hope it improves because it really needs it. There is no preparation of what they are offering.
