The staff were kind, courteous, and willing to accommodate requests. The only flaw was that the pillows were too soft for our taste, but that’s minor; if we had stayed a second night and asked for different pillows, they would have obliged.

The spa was gorgeous with many pools and rooms, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room itself was great with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast seemed a bit sparse for a place like this.

The view from the room is nice and the indoor spa area is good. The outdoor spa area is not up to standard, and the breakfast is also below expectations.
