The location of the place. The hospitality of the hosts
We loved the location and the owners were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious with a big balcony, and having a washing machine was a lifesaver with a baby. They even let us park in the inner courtyard, which made it easy to keep our stroller downstairs. Only downside was no elevator, which was a bit tricky with a little one.

This place was a gem - just a 2-minute walk to the main street with loads of shops and restaurants, and the beach was under 10 minutes away. My studio flat had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard, and it was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed to cook. The owners were super friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I'd definitely book here again for next year's trip.
The spot was perfect—just ten minutes from the first beach and twenty minutes from the cathedral, with decent parking and a modestly furnished attic. However, the attic is on the third floor with no lift, the welcome was terrible, the lady who greeted us was unfriendly and refused to answer our questions, and she didn’t mention that the stovetop was broken, leaving us to use a single electric burner. When I expressed my concerns, she told me I was free to leave and find somewhere else, which is the worst hospitality I’ve ever encountered in all my years of traveling.
It was super quiet and peaceful, which was great. However, getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle - you have to walk through the parking lot, and it's not exactly a smooth path.
