Breakfast was varied and everything fresh. The staff were very friendly, and that also applied to the afternoon restaurant service. The reception worked professionally, yet still friendly and welcoming. There is nothing to complain about.

Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Kein Schrank nur Garderobe, ein zwei Haken und Bügel. Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Betten bequem. Bad top. Alles sehr sauber.

The service staff were pleasant. All information was only available via QR code; no paper materials were provided. The room furnishings and breakfast were quite sparse.

The location is good for an event at the Leipzig fair, but the noise level from the highway isn’t very quiet—though that’s known beforehand. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The windows need urgent cleaning, the fruit at breakfast wasn’t fresh, and the baked goods felt like frozen products.

The hotel is on the outskirts but close to a shopping center; the hall is beautiful and the rooms are modern. Parking is available and free water is provided. The rooms need repainting; the walls have black stains from luggage or other items, and the beds are a bit soft with mattresses that need replacing.
