The experience was relaxing! The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the lake. The host was very helpful with every request and friendly… the family‑style staff was welcoming. I highly recommend it ☺️

We had a truly pleasant stay. The host was extremely welcoming, available, and very kind, making us feel at home right away. The property was well cared for, spotless, and set in a peaceful environment, perfect for those who want to relax. The room was simply wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The pool was a real bonus: fantastic, ideal for moments of leisure. The location is great for exploring the area, allowing easy access to many beautiful spots in Umbria and Tuscany. A place we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to!

A beautiful property surrounded by greenery, the room was very atmospheric with lovely windows. Privacy in nature! The host was super helpful and kind. The mattress needs improvement.
