The hotel was clean and well‑made. I especially thank the staff for their responsiveness; every question or request was handled instantly and everything was solved immediately. I met the owner, a very good person. The receptionist Anuki was simply delightful, thank you for her kindness and competence. Thanks to the staff, our stay was simply magnificent! I recommend LALO OTEL to everyone. I liked everything!

Very cozy, a large room. The room had slippers and everything needed for hygiene. A beautiful view from the window (we had a view of the mountain). There is also cookware, a kettle, a fridge, a TV… plenty of sockets, which was very pleasing.

The spot in Abastumani is nice, but the mattress was awful, the blanket was only 1.5 for a double bed, and the towels were dirty.
