“Un séjour exceptionnel”

Une expérience vraiment magnifique du début à la fin. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, le service, le confort et l’attention portée aux détails. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. On sent vraiment que le bien-être des clients est une priorité. La chambre était très confortable, propre et agréable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. La literie était particulièrement appréciable et nous avons vraiment pu profiter d’un cadre reposant. Mention spéciale également pour la restauration, qui était à la hauteur du reste. Des plats savoureux, une belle qualité et un service attentionné. C’était un vrai plaisir de prendre nos repas sur place. Je tiens surtout à remercier Ilham, à la réception, que je n’oublierai pas. Elle a été incroyablement gentille, souriante, professionnelle et surtout très flexible et à l’écoute. Elle a toujours cherché à nous arranger et à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son accueil et sa bienveillance ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Un grand merci à Ilham et à toute l’équipe du Marriott Rabat pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur hospitalité. C’est ce genre d’attention qui transforme un simple séjour en une véritable belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation. Une très belle adresse à Rabat !

“Bon séjour dans l’ensemble”

The hotel itself is solid, but the pool feels too small for the property’s size, and the gym’s closing hours are inconvenient.

The welcome was outstanding, and as a former professor from the International Tourism Institute in Tangier, I appreciate Mr. Hamza’s professional and flawless service. However, the hotel’s name, status, and price warrant serious scrutiny: 1) the floor cleanliness in the room was insufficient; 2) windows in both the room and the restaurant’s sliding doors were poorly cleaned with many streaks; 3) breakfast did not meet the standards of a hotel of this category—at best a four‑star breakfast; 4) complimentary items were missing, with only one slipper, one soap, one small tube of cream, and an almost empty Kleenex box available.

Clean and mostly friendly staff, but the room lacked color, the bathroom was not very nice, breakfast was overpriced and lacked attention, making the value poor for the level offered.
