Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The hotel has a very good location, right in the center and easily accessible to Galata, Taksim, Eminönü, and by foot or S‑Train. Other places reachable by boat are also very close. The management was very friendly, helpful, and engaged, especially the staff—Özgür (Manager), Mert, Meral, and Furkan. I haven’t met the rest yet, but so far it’s been very pleasant.

The stay was fantastic; I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, with gentle people, and the manager was very polite and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is great. I recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻💜

The hotel sits in a great location, but almost everything else falls short of expectations. Even the hand soap feels diluted with water, the bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable to use, and it’s disappointing that they don’t provide an iron—there’s not even one to borrow from reception. Overall, the facilities don’t match the standard you’d expect from a hotel in such a good spot.
