“Confort sommaire mais au calme”
The place was clean and quiet, the room was big with a big bathroom, and it was close to the beach—just a few minutes on foot. The beach itself is beautiful and wild, and there are a few restaurants nearby. Not many tourists visit. The setting feels a bit secluded; you have to climb a dirt path to get there. Like everywhere on Koh Lanta, there’s a lot of trash and junk around the hotel, and we could see a vacant lot from the property. The hotel is very simple, just one long building with four rooms. The sink is in the room, even though there’s space in the bathroom. Apart from the bed and a small stool, there’s nothing to sit on in the room. The comfort and décor are very basic, so don’t expect high-end finishes.
