The room was clean, which I appreciated, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, Ravish Bean didn't open properly and the Bathing tower felt rough instead of soft.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, given that I booked it on short notice on Christmas Day. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and my room was spacious. I also appreciated the convenient location and the availability of washing lines for laundry. However, I did find that the room service could be improved, as I had to inform them in advance to ensure my room got cleaned.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. Although I didn't get to explore much else, their warm hospitality definitely made up for it.

I appreciated having my own private space during my stay, which was a big plus. However, I did find that the bed could use an upgrade, particularly with better blankets. It was a bit of a letdown, but overall, the privacy made up for it.
