The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was calm and quiet, but there wasn’t much staff who spoke Spanish.

We arrived to find a building site with no prior warning, and if I’d booked a full vacation I would have been furious, but it was only a one‑night pit stop and the staff were lovely.

The location near all attractions and the staff’s friendliness stood out, but the room door wouldn’t close properly—had to push it with my whole weight, the fridge didn’t cool well, and the hot tub was broken.

The breakfast was tasty, and the spot was perfectly central for everything I needed, though the hall and elevator felt too warm.
