The two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, and adult-only sauna were a great bonus
The breakfast was truly delicious
The hotel's proximity to the Plan De Corones ski lifts was a major plus

The building was recently renovated, clean, and very convenient for a walk around the village center and to reach various hiking spots, but the room décor—especially the bathroom—felt out of place for a mountain setting.
“Geared for families”
The hotel is perfectly set up for families, from check‑in to meals, play areas, and diaper bins, with friendly staff and tasty, nutritious food for little ones, and its proximity to major attractions makes it a great choice for young travelers, though it is on the pricier side—especially for dinner—yet you feel you’re getting a quality experience for the cost.
Very child‑friendly!
The hotel’s location and breakfast were good and all the staff were courteous, yet they charged a ten‑year‑old child the same rate as a 30‑year‑old – €89 for the child’s bed that was already in the room, then added €356, totaling four nights for the child, whereas hotels in Germany would include the child’s stay and breakfast for free; also, there was no air‑conditioning.
“Nope. Not for the kids.”
Dinner was good and housekeeping was good, but the bathrooms were outdated, the mini‑club was very disappointing with barely any crayons and too few letters for bracelet making, essentially a club with few resources; the mini‑dance was a joke—only once a week and no experience for the kids even in mid‑season, which was very disappointing.
