The hotel's location is perfect, with Iwan Taxi right outside and plenty of car rental options nearby. It's a great base for exploring the local shops and markets. However, be aware that the nearby restaurant closes very early, so plan your meals accordingly.

We arrived on a weekend and were lucky to snag the last room available, but things only got better the next day when we were upgraded to the 4th floor. The hotel's location is a real asset, just a short walk from the entrance to Khao Yai and the charming Primo Piazza.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but there's a major catch: the restaurant doesn't open in the evening, leaving guests without a decent meal option unless they have their own transport. We asked the receptionist for help, but they seemed reluctant to assist, so we ended up with a not-so-ideal dinner from Seven Eleven.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the "fitness center" was a joke - just an old treadmill and a bike that looked like it hadn't been used in years.
