The location is great, but there's a lack of staff.
“Tiene potencial para mejorar”
The location is very good, close to everything. But there was almost no hot water, the shower was clogged. The vestibule door where guests enter is awful, hard to open. There's no reception to drop keys or ask for help. The place is very pretty, has great potential if given a proper renovation, but the stairs to the rooms are severely deteriorated.
“The actual room was cute and comfortable but fell short in too many other ways to be considered a great stay.”
I liked the location and my room was nice, but I almost had no hot water; it turned ice‑cold within minutes. Checking in felt odd—though it’s a historic building, it seemed almost empty, and the stairs were in terrible shape.
The convent's architecture and history are beautiful—this place is stunning, full of architectural charm, and the location is great. However, getting in was a hassle; the gate was hard to open and I had to call for help. The shower water alternated from icy to scorching to cold again, and there was no internet. The street entrance door was difficult to open, and the water pressure was terrible, going from hot to cold to no water at all. No internet.
“Un alojamiento de ensueño en el corazón de CDMX”
The place is stunning—an old convent right in the middle of Coyoacán. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. Every member of the Los Camilos team was delightful, answered our questions quickly, offered the best solutions, and handled our requests perfectly. We’re already planning to come back.
