The room was solid, but the pool was under renovation, so no swim. Breakfast wasn’t part of the rate, and the front‑desk guy said it was because we were “cotistas” – basically shareholders. People kept coming up to us at breakfast trying to sell shares, and it didn’t stop. It’s annoying, and the app could warn you about these situations. Honestly, don’t rent to shareholders; they get nothing in the hotel, no breakfast, and no heads‑up about renovations.

The room was fine, but the pool was on hold. My wife mentioned it had been scheduled for a while, yet the site didn’t show it. The hotel even offered another property because of the pool closure, but we only found out by chatting with staff. They didn’t tell us earlier, and in the cold, a heated indoor pool is a must. It’s a shame, feels like bad taste, but we Brazilians don’t get the advantage.
