It’s in a good spot and has a decent bar and restaurant, but the bed was small and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well because of it.

The location is why I come, being close to a relative, but the place is a little run down; the room smelled when I entered, it was on the ground floor and I hadn’t stayed on the ground floor before, and it had a bit of a drain smell.

The bed was super comfy and the spot right by the Riverside was perfect, but the decor felt worn out, the room had a bad smell, and the shower grout was covered in black mould – we were in room 5.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t have breakfast, but the food we did get was lovely. We waited an hour to be served in the dining room and some staff were quite rude. The room we stayed in was far too hot.
