Newly built on Neumarkt, the attached restaurant is delicious. The mattress, however, was completely sagging with a real hollow in the middle and I felt every spring, so the sleep was not very restorative.

The staff were great, the facilities and location were okay. Because it’s located above a restaurant, there was a lot of noise late into the night and, with no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open. In short, it was very noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the value for money was great; I would recommend the place. The mattress felt a bit musty, so that might be something to improve.

The service was excellent from the start. I had to adjust my check‑in because of transport issues, but they let me in and gave me all the access codes over the phone. The restaurant staff were patient and helpful, explaining everything about the services even though we didn’t speak the same language.

The bathroom was tiny and old, the sink was microscopic, and there was no shampoo or shower gel—just liquid soap in a crushed bottle. The floor was sticky, and while it looked clean, the area under the beds was terrible.
