A cozy Albergue with a warm vibe that made me feel at home, but the location is a drawback—it's 1.3 km off the primitivo and sits between Cadavo and Lugo, right in the middle of nowhere.

An oasis on the Jakobsweg, a bit off the beaten path yet clearly marked, and the detour is worth it in every way; the reception was very friendly, the hosts were welcoming, the dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the house itself is spectacular with a beautiful property amid stunning nature. The double room on the ground floor lacks a private bathroom, but that’s not a big deal because there are very clean, lockable bathrooms available. A laundry room exists and there are plenty of outdoor relaxation spots. Absolutely great.

The house is a treasure, tastefully decorated, with a large garden full of trees and a spot to leave the car at the door. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-ventilated. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful, very good, and varied. And the hosts, Fátima, José and Merce, are charming and make you feel at home; their recommendations were always spot on. Overall, a pleasure to stay; we’ll come back.
