The first thing that struck me was the warm welcome from Mrs. Silvia and her daughter Chiara, who were incredibly kind and helpful with everything. Honestly, there was nothing that went wrong.

The location was convenient, in a quiet area with street parking available. The room had every comfort and necessary service. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean, the bed comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great; Mrs. Silvia is exceptional, always smiling and making you feel at home—just ask if you need anything. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a nice sofa for watching TV, a washing machine, a ironing board, and everything else. It’s a shame the holiday ended. If I ever come back to Pescara, this will definitely be my go‑to place. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

First of all, the hosts were very welcoming and made sure the apartment was fully equipped in case you didn’t have essential items. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Pescara!
