“Reception staff were friendly and helpful”
The facilities were solid.
“Perfect hotel at the centre of Cardiff”
The location was great, the facilities excellent, and the staff were helpful; I appreciated the free spa access until 3 pm on my checkout day. Parking at Q‑Park, the recommended spot opposite the hotel, was a bit problematic.

The place was simply stunning and impeccably clean; the staff were fantastic, clear, and very helpful.

The hotel’s central spot and roomy room were great, the bright bathroom with a shaving mirror and solid shower stood out, the gym, pool, and spa were excellent, and breakfast was very good. The only flaw was a bit of dust on the top of the sockets, but otherwise everything was clean.
There were good last‑minute options, but the bar was closed because it was hosting a private event.
