We had an excellent stay at the Hilton and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Xu the manager who helped us organise our activities.

We spotted a small hygiene issue in our room on the first day and told the staff right away. They took it seriously, responded fast, and kept us in the loop with a friendly, professional tone. They upgraded us to a deluxe suite and gave us compensation, showing genuine care for guests. The whole team was kind, patient, and proactive. The hotel’s spot is perfect—just a stone’s throw from the south gate of Huangshan Scenic Area, making the mountain a breeze to reach. Our room was cozy and the mountain view was a real highlight. Thanks to everyone for the thoughtful service; we’d love to return.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is spot on—just a short walk to the transfer station for the scenic area and close to restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable, and the value was great too.
