This budget-friendly hotel features 24-hour front desk services and laundry facilities. Cosy rooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers, and private bathrooms with hot showers. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the Central Business District and 10 minutes from Orchard Road.

The hotel is very well located for touring Singapore – the bus stops right outside and the MRT station is a 10‑minute walk. The staff are welcoming and the rooms stay spotless, with daily housekeeping and fresh bath towels each day. The bathroom is really tiny; we’re used to the Asian layout where the shower sits close to the toilet, but here the shower is almost above the toilet and there’s no squeegee, so you always end up with wet feet. The price is high compared to the room size and amenities, but that’s typical for Singapore.

The location is convenient, near a bus stop. I stayed for 7 nights with my child and asked for a brush holder or a glass for the bathroom; they refused, saying they don’t provide those items. Seriously? Also, the rooms are quite small; the photos are misleading.

The front desk and room‑service staff were excellent and very helpful. The pipe or sewage water – or the air‑conditioning unit – makes a very loud running noise from the top to the bottom floor, so I couldn’t sleep.
