The décor was great, the location was good, and the staff were adorable and very, very nice 🥰, but the soundproofing was lacking; the return and staff at the opposite Riad were heard very clearly (too much!).

Breakfast was excellent, Bader was a great guy and treated us superbly, always making sure we had everything we needed, but the bathroom leaked water.

The Riad had a fantastic vibe, was beautifully decorated and situated in the perfect spot. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty on the terrace/roof or in the atmospheric dining room if the weather didn't permit, and we felt safe and well taken care of. We also recommend the airport pickup because navigating the maze of narrow streets can be tricky.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was very quiet with the fountain and birds in the background, and each day felt different. What we valued most was the Riad staff’s exceptional kindness and attention. We requested an airport pick‑up and a modern van was brought to Jemal Square; when we arrived, Qamar walked over to pick us up, carried our luggage, and did the same on the return. We received extraordinary treatment, although the Wi‑Fi sometimes dropped, so we moved up to the terrace to fix it.

The Riad was simply incredible! We stayed in a stunning room, and the staff were very welcoming, doing everything to make us feel comfortable. Thanks to the two gentlemen who greeted us and the housekeeper. Highly recommend!
