The staff, pools, restaurants, exercise classes and instructors, some of the entertainment, and more were all excellent. The noise from the entertainment that we didn’t attend kept going until 9:30 pm, but we loved the shows we did see.

The room space was good, but the lounge and kitchen were wasted.

I loved the room. We had a huge space with a living area and bedroom, perfect for our family, and the view was great. The shower was powerful. The bathtub wouldn’t fill up, but it was good enough for our son.

The hotel had some great facilities, but unfortunately, we found a stray hair in our room. It was a bit of a letdown, but the rest of the stay was fine.

The only decent thing about this place was the dessert, but even that was a letdown - the cream on the apple tart was already sour and looked like it had gone off. The service was abysmal, with the hostess making a mistake and the waiter Antonio handling it in a really awkward way, which made for a really unpleasant experience. On the other hand, the waiter Jesus tried to make it right and was much friendlier.
