“Over priced”

It was peaceful but we didn’t feel safe as there was no signal. It was nice not to have signal or WiFi as it does show you life is better kept simple, but we did feel very unsafe safe in the environment, as no one would of know if anything at happened. Utensils, pans and dish were dirty. Fridge didn’t shut. Only had 1/2 a sack of logs so yurt was cold and damp. Yurt leaked at the clear skyline. Light didn’t work in one of the toilets. Which we discovered late at night. Very poor lighting in yurts and siting area. Felt unsafe as no signal. No one would have know if something had happened to us. The carbon monoxide alarm showed fault light

“Great camping experience for beginners as well as pros”

Excellent WC facilities and a high‑pressure shower; the hot tub was superb overlooking nature and a couple of alpacas. The surroundings were lovely, walks were charming, and the yurt was a dream. The kitchenette had everything needed. Everything was great, so I’d definitely visit again; the only slight irritation was the check‑in instructions at night—perhaps clarify that check‑ins are fine after 11:30 pm, as we had to rush through the last miles to make it in time.

“Quirky well equipped riverside camping experience without the hassle. Great for all.”

Great location, perfect for kids to play and explore. I liked the added hedge along the yurt for privacy (pictures need updating). It’s well equipped for camping, with cooking and cleaning supplies provided. Showers and toilets were smart and clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for a glamping trip. The yurt itself was quirky and fun. We brought our own towels, cooking and cleaning gear, and an extra pack of logs, so we didn’t need to use any of theirs. I’d visit again. However, compared to previous glamping stays in Wales with well‑equipped pods, this feels slightly overpriced. Families with young children might prefer a fire guard around the woodburner in the yurt to keep them from touching it.

“Very enjoyable and look forward to booking again for a longer stay.”

The riverside walk was gorgeous, and the whole spot felt so peaceful and serene. The hosts and their staff welcomed us warmly and handled every request or question with ease. The yurt itself turned out to be even larger than we expected. Honestly, we couldn't think of anything that would have made our stay better—thanks to everyone at Wellstone.

The yurt was roomy and had bright, colourful furniture, and the location was great. The farm itself is lovely too. The only downside was that the dampness from Wales’ wet weather seeped into the yurts.
