Adler Balance is beautiful and peaceful; breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner there every night and it was amazing—highly recommend it. Everything was fantastic.

I can’t praise this property enough and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Even though the price is on the higher side, the stay includes access to a beautiful spa, half‑board meals, a lovely breakfast, a 5‑course chef’s tasting dinner, and all daily activities like guided hiking and biking tours. My mom and I were sad to leave, but everything was phenomenal and I can’t wait to return.

Everything was great: the room, the facilities, the restaurant. The real highlight was the staff, and I want to thank everyone for a wonderful holiday. I’ll be back soon! A bit more attention to room cleaning would help (we found some dust mixed with hair on the floor as soon as we entered), and for two consecutive days they removed the dirty towels and didn’t replace them with clean ones until we asked, but it wasn’t a major issue.
