The staff were great and always greeted you when you entered or left the hotel. It’s in a quiet part of Patong with plenty of 7‑11s nearby. The bathroom was good and the beds were big and comfy, though it’s a little walk from Bangla Road.

The rooms face a residential building, with sewer and mosquito smells, so I don’t recommend this hotel. The mattress was completely uncomfortable, there was a charging outlet everywhere in the room, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and the shower was right next to the toilet.

The location is quiet and nice, the shower has good hot water and pressure, the room’s aesthetics are appealing, and there’s hot and cold water to drink. Wi‑Fi is good and there are plenty of nearby eateries. It’s close to large shopping centres and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the room could use bedside table lamps and is too dark. It’s also too far to walk into town.

The location is good, no road noise, a large room, comfortable, no window in the room but a balcony with a window, though no amenities there, and the reception greeted us very nicely! However, everything is very audible through the walls, and the staircase is inconvenient if you have large luggage; with backpacks it would be fine.

The room and service are amazing. The large room with balcony is filled with all the facilities for guest comfort. Patong beach is 40 bhat on a Grab motorcycle. I really appreciate their kindness towards guests; all the receptionists are very helpful and kind. I will never forget the place and their service.
