The setting and the room were very nice, and the facility is well organized.

The hotel is very well situated, close to the train station, and the room is very well equipped. The only downside is that you can hear traffic noise from the street outside.

It was convenient to be within walking distance of Kyoto Station. However, there was no loungewear provided, and the hairdryer was heavy and had weak airflow, making it hard to dry hair.

The place is clean, well maintained, has everything you need, and is quiet at night. It’s also in a good spot near buses and trains. We especially want to highlight the booking chat team—they deserve a hundred stars for going above and beyond with fast responses and meticulous attention to detail, valuing guests’ time. We’re really happy we chose this place.
