The bed was comfortable and the staff were attentive to our needs, but they didn’t change the sheets between guests, the showers weren’t very clean, and the air conditioner leaked a lot of water, soaking several backpacks.

They tried to find solutions, but we arrived at 11 pm after a long bus ride and had a private room that was full of bugs—many, not just a few. I went to reception to ask for insecticide or something, and they said they didn’t have any and blamed the bugs on the rain, which I understand but I couldn’t sleep in that room with bugs even in the bed. They moved us to the next room, claiming no bugs would be there because it didn’t have a balcony exit, but that room had a window that was open and all the rain water flooded the floor, soaking the beds (bugs were still there). I spoke again with the receptionist and they gave me an empty shared room, which was much better but the bathroom was shared. The next day, since it was only a one‑night stay, they tried to make us pay for the private room we had finally enjoyed. Finally, the breakfast is very, very poor and I don’t think it’s good.

Really good buffet breakfast for the price. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Bathrooms could be cleaned better. There was no toilet paper in the 2 days I stayed there. Too noisy in the early mornings and late nights due to the tour groups arriving late and departing early in the morning

The bed was clean and the shower was warm with decent pressure. The staff only attended to guests who were on a tour with them; after spending a night there we felt unimportant. The room fridge was full of mold, and when the AC wasn’t working the room smelled strongly of it. I told the staff but got no response.
