The host María is an excellent woman who gives great advice and is very attentive. The place is very clean, breakfast is correct, the bed is comfortable, and the environment is pleasant. It’s a ten‑minute walk from the city centre. The only downside is that the 5th floor has no elevator, which is uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage.

The 4th‑floor location without an elevator was not indicated on Booking, making parking difficult, and the costs are very high. The breakfast intentions were good, but we ended up having it at the bar instead.

The cleanliness and the newly furnished structure are impressive. However, finding parking nearby is complicated, and unfortunately I received a fine.

Cleanliness is optimal and the location is convenient. Beware that it’s on the top floor (5th) without an elevator. For breakfast, there was nothing to drink; I asked the host if there was any milk or juice, but she became defensive, saying we’d have to buy it ourselves. With breakfast included, we had to go buy milk… in Italy…
