“Great staff in Malang.”

The staff, especially the restaurant team, were friendly and helpful. The shower was lovely and hot. I appreciated the hotel’s eco‑friendly approach with water stations on each floor instead of plastic bottles. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety. The hotel sits off a busy road, so there aren’t many nearby food options, but it’s a cheap way to get to the city. The hotel feels tired and needs a full makeover; we noticed small cracks in the walls and a faulty bathroom sink.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the building was spotless with every amenity you could need, and the room was roomy and cozy. The only drawback was the nighttime noise from traffic and minarets, which is understandable given the hotel's location; earplugs help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a great experience.

We stayed there for a week with a baby and the room was comfortable. The kids’ zone in the breakfast area let my baby play, and the swimming pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.
