We lived that this was close the centre of Ubud and the breakfast included was lovely!. The shower head was not working properly and there was constantly a bird coming in to the property somehow pooping on the bedding. A little noisy

Location and villa was great. Having a pharmacy and mini mart out the front of the property was so handy. Staff were lovely. Bottom room aircon not cold. Breakfast was ok

Breakfasts were great- large quantities and very tasty Location was great- easy walking distance to the centre of town where so much was happening and then a very quick walk and you were on the rice paddies
