We spent a lovely short stay at the Townhouse Tropea, and the central location in the old town with easy beach access was a big plus. The uneven terrain and stairs around Tropea made us crave gelato even more. Everyone on site made us feel warmly welcomed, which was especially appreciated. Paolo helped us with parking and the ferry trip, and we’re very grateful. We had a great time and would come back anytime.

The spot was perfect, right in the middle of town, and the beach was reachable by bus. Breakfast was adequate, though the freshness of the fruit and sausage could have been better.
