“Scam alert”
Nothing good – they scammed me. They took payment through Booking and then demanded a second payment because they couldn’t access the booking money. We left because they were unreasonable.

The interior style is nice, but the toilet is awful and the location is hard to find.

Lulu is awesome! She helped us a lot with paperwork, escorted us around the medina, and arranged a taxi to the airport; she was super friendly and attentive. The house is very pretty and family‑like, and you can reach the hostel easily from the “bab lamdoun” parking by following the red arrows (profile photos). Lulu teaches French, knows a little English, but with a mobile translator everyone can manage. The only downside was the cold shower; otherwise everything was great.

Nothing, we never saw the room… After spending 40 minutes looking for the hotel, we found the door closed and had to scramble to another room. No signage on site helped us locate the hotel; we had to ask street vendors. The person who opened the door spoke neither English nor French and couldn’t find a reservation under our name. He practically shut the door in our faces with our luggage and child in arms, without even trying to help. No one answered the phone number we had.
