The staff are very attentive and kind, making for an excellent stay.

The room had no air conditioner or fan, so it was hot, and the internet was unusable; I was also made to wait 20 minutes for check‑in.

I asked for a receipt and they never gave it, blaming someone else; the room was very small and cramped, the TV didn’t work, there was no water, and the shower pressure was very low.

The hosts at the hotel were very friendly and attentive; the screen setup with the internet was outdated, so we couldn’t use the ROKU system, and although they helped, the configuration wasn’t completely resolved.
