The hotel's location was one of its best features - it was in a great spot and easy to get around from. However, the lack of a restaurant and elevator was a major drawback, and it made my stay a bit more inconvenient than it needed to be.

The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the friendly woman behind the desk. However, things took a turn for the worse during check-out when the staff tried to charge me 200 baht for a towel stain. I was skeptical, so I asked them to show me the stain, which was barely visible. To my surprise, it disappeared after I applied some water and rubbed it in - it was a total scam.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to a 7-Eleven and plenty of other food and convenience stores. The staff were super friendly, which made up for the misleading pool situation. It turns out the pool is only for certain rooms, which wasn't clear from the pictures. That was a bit of a letdown, but overall, I'd still recommend this place for its great location and helpful staff.
