The staff were very friendly. We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and booked on short notice. The owner personally presented us the dinner menu, which was highly recommended. The room was clean and well maintained, everything worked. Breakfast was very good. It’s an older house that hasn’t been fully renovated yet and still has a lot of charm. We’d come back right away. Nothing was disliked.

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels, but Hotel Erica felt like home. From the moment I arrived, they helped plan all my mountain trips and even drove me to the train station when I left for Florence. I can’t praise the staff enough. Their dinner is outstanding. This place gets my highest recommendation; be sure to greet Grandma. The only downside is the family vibe in the location.
